How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the UK. For bespoke or made-to-order coastal ceramics, please allow up to 14 days for production and delivery.

Yes, Atelier Beside the Sea ships worldwide. International delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 7 to 21 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-custom items. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Are your ceramic items dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our functional stoneware is dishwasher and microwave safe. However, items with gold luster or delicate hand-painted details should be hand-washed to preserve their finish.
How do you ensure fragile items arrive safely?
We use eco-friendly, high-durability packaging including recycled honeycomb wrap and reinforced boxes to ensure your glass and ceramic items arrive in perfect condition.
