The Midnight Sun is a four colour screenprint inspired in part by costumes from the Folies Bergère early in the 20th century when polar exploration was a big thing.

Sarah Young is a painter, printmaker, illustrator and maker working with narrative themes often inspired by myth, folk tales, circus and burlesque imagery. As a printmaker she is known for her lino and wood cuts but she also works in screen printing, mono print and collagraph.
