At Atelier Beside the Sea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted home goods; if an item doesn't perfectly suit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with protective padding to ensure these delicate home pieces are not damaged during transit.

  Ship Local or Mail

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or visit our seaside gallery for an in-person exchange.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
